Steps

1. Install the app from the Shopify App Store.
2. Open abandoned checkouts in your admin.
3. Click create draft on the checkout you want to recover.
4. Check the draft: the customer details and items are already there.
5. Continue the sale from the draft order and follow up with the customer.
